To lead the Human Resource function of CPT and Pharma to create and enable talent / human capability that will foster and reinforce a unique culture in support of the implementation of the business strategy and adding value to all stakeholders (leaders, employees, investors, clients, community), thereby making a substantial contribution to sustainable business performance.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with HR regulations
Providing reliable HR services
Acting as a trusted and credible advisor
Successfully implementing HR initiatives and projects
Meeting important HR metrics
Developing and maintaining HR policies
Overseeing compliance with Employment Equity requirements
Providing support for labour relations
Managing skills development to promote compliance and enablement.
Requirements
Relevant post-graduate degree
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience
3 years experience in an HR Business Partner role
2 years experience in a HR Manager role
In-depth Talent Management experience
Experience in repositioning an HR function or building an HR function will be advantageous
OD and EE experience relating to influencing and transforming an organization
