HR Practitioner: Business Enablement at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support a holistic human resources business enablement service leveraging human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a values-based culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Support business performance through people management enablement
• Enable talent management
• Facilitate Human Resource Service Delivery
• Support workforce and remuneration management
• Implement and manage employee engagement
• Enable transformation through talent management and people management

Required Education

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

•  Degree/diploma in Human Resources

Required Experience

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

• 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources
