A strategic thinker with a high level of analytical skills will be responsible for building and developing trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of world class HR service to both management and employees. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in HR practices and employee management and will support functional leads to ensure delivery against strategic priorities.
The candidate should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management, organizational changes and employee relations. The area of responsibility includes functionally diverse workforce teams across Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing and Finance.
