    HR Specialist

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in our HR department. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for HR Specialist role, which is based in Pretoria. The successful candidate will report directly to the Human Resources Business Partner.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Supports Regional HR Business Partners in designated part of the region, ensuring appropriate cover of a geographical area of the ‘region’; enabling achievement of the region’s business plan and targets, aligned to the organization’s overall strategic objective of long term growth. The role will provide generalist support to both the Supply Chain and Commercial parts of the business within the designated geographical area.

    KEY OUTPUTS

    •  Provide input to Regional Business Partner:
    •  Agree on the organisation/ people agenda in the business unit(s)
    •  Agree on a common set of priority needs from the Specialist teams
    •  Leverage experience / practices in and above market
    •  Ensure the overall health of human capital and people practices in the business unit(s)
    •  Participate in management of the business unit(s)
    •  Ensure excellent execution of the HR processes within the business unit (s)
    •  Identify & implement the organizational capabilities required to achieve business units/regional goals in collaboration with HRBP as inputs to the CoEs.
    •  Provide change/transition support to the business units/region so that change practices can be more readily acceptable and change benefits realised
    •  Collaborate with HRBP as inputs to specialist teams to create effective and integrated HR solutions for teams & individuals
    •  Diagnose business performance problems and collaborate with specialist teams to create effective and integrated HR solutions for teams & individuals
    •  Provide feedback to HRBP as inputs to specialist teams about HR solution effectiveness and work with them as appropriate to identify continuous improvement opportunities
    •  Monitor organisation performance & provide data for the people/ organisation scorecard
    •  Meet local (business units/ regional) delivery needs (e.g., employee relations/industrial relations, statutory/regulatory requirements) pulling on HRBP’s, specialists and others as required
    •  Ensure data integrity of SAP HR information at local level (business units)
    •  Encourage and monitor use of tools, evaluate competency gaps and communicate to L&D
    •  Develop coaching skills within line managers by providing tools, observing and providing feedback
    •  Recruit deliberately for competencies as observed through coaching and/or ensure IDPs are aligned to ensure acquisition and/or development of critical management skills

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    •  Minimum requirement: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
    •  Added advantage: Post graduate HR qualification, or equivalent.
    •  Minimum requirement: Three or more years Human Resources Generalist Experience
