HSE Administrator at NOV

Job Description

• NOV Gqeberha is seeking a HSE Administrator. In this role, you will be an integral member of the HSE team. You will perform administration functions and online data entry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data entry on online data base for ESG data entry
• Obtain invoices from various sources.
• Read invoices and match with obtained ESG data.
• Perform data gathering
• Communicate with employees of different countries.
• Manage and maintain te data base.
• Read and extract data from the following documents:
• Invoices
• Purchase Orders 
• Delivery orders

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Grade 12 Higher education in a relevant administrative / business discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Proficient in MS Office (essential)
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English(essential)
• Experience working within a department team (essential)
• Experience with online data base administration and management 
• Must be fluent in English.
• Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.
• Be organised and able to handle multiple tasks the same time
