Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum educational requirement Grade 12 / Matric with post matric qualification of an H.R. Diploma.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ related experience.
• Sound working knowledge of H.R. Policies, Procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of H.R. administration processes essential.
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team, be deadline driven and able to use initiative.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), organisational, planning, presentation, inter-personal, critical evaluation, problem solving, I.R. and interpretive skills are key.
