A company that specializes in providing extensive print production expertise to develop high-quality end-to-end litho, digital, and design printing solutions for a wide range of clients, is currently looking to hire a Human Resource Generalist to be based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal.

Essential and Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field (Postgrad qualification will be an advantage).
• 3-5 years’ work experience.
• Membership in a professional HR Body is an advantage.
• Experience working with various HR Systems: Payroll/IR/Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management.
• Relevant Skills Development Facilitator qualification is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience with VIP Sage payroll systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Interpersonal relationships, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience in report writing utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Experience in using HR Information Systems.
