WHAT WE DO
Genso Group of Companies was established in 1991 as a waste management organization. Over the last three decades we have grown our services to include contract cleaning, pest control services, hygiene services, gardening, and landscaping services as well as specialized cleaning services to meet the needs of all industrial, retail and office clientele in Gauteng.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Form and maintain employee records.
Update databases internally across various platforms and software.
Prepare and amend Human Resource documents.
Review and amend company policies, procedures, and legal compliances as it pertains to human capital.
Address all human resource related queries and communications with employees and 3rd parties.
Assist with payroll in an informative and database management role.

OUR PROCESS
Interviews will be conducted in two phases.
An introductory interview via video call will be conducted to ascertain whether or not there is a meeting of the minds and to establish a platform for a Q & A.
The final interview will be conducted at our head office with our senior management team and company directors to determine whether or not there will be synergy between ourselves and the successful candidate.
Upon successful completion of the interview process an offer of employment will be extended to the successful candidate.
