Human Resources Assistant - HR Department at Lenmed Private Hospitals

Main Focus Areas

• The Human Resources Assistant is required to perform a full generalist human resources function. This includes industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training, counseling, submission of payroll inputs and administration processes. The incumbent s further required to meet tight deadlines, to be accurate, to follow policies and procedures and to interact with members of the staff, management, external companies/agencies associated with Lenmed as well as members of the public

• Recruitment & Selection
• Onboarding & Orientation
• Offboarding
• The collation & submission of payroll inputs monthly
• Industrial relations
• Human Resources Audit & Reporting
• Human Resources administration
• Dealing with queries promptly & effectively
• The effective handling of allocated projects and other related HR duties
• Other general HR duties as and when required.

Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)

• Matric Essential
• A three-year Human Resources Diploma is Essential
• Payroll experience Preferable
• Healthcare HR Experience Preferable
• Sage & KRONOS Experience Advantageous
• Intermediate Computer Literacy essential
• A good working knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act & Labor Relations Act Preferable
• Flexibility in working overtime
