    Human Resources Business Partner

    • As an HR Business Partner, you will drive key HR strategic and operational initiatives that support business performance and future growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership teams, you will strengthen people management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
    • You will play a key role in HR integration during acquisitions, business expansions, and organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with global HR processes. Working closely with regional and global HR teams, you will help deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

    Your Mission:

    • Partner with the GM and leadership team to implement HR strategy aligned to business priorities.
    • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
    • Drive leadership, talent, succession, and performance management processes across the business.
    • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen capability, engagement, and decision-making.
    • Lead HR integration activities during acquisitions and organizational changes.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation cycles to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    • Drive change management initiatives, including communication and cultural alignment.
    • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and governance standards.
    • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and global HR teams to standardize processes and best practices.
    • Use HR data and insights to monitor effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    Your Profile:

    • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5–7 years’ experience in broad HR roles, preferably in an HR Business Partner environment.
    • Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation.
    • Experience supporting organisational change; exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or business integration will be advantageous.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
    • Exposure to HR transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
    • Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based platforms is advantageous.
    • Strong project and change management skills.
