Human Resources Intern at Busamed

The key work output and accountabilities include among others: 

• Assist with accurate filing of all employee training records
• Assist with creating new files for all employees training records
• Assist with removing terminated employees' files from the cabinet and archiving them correctly
• Assist with co-ordinating training throughout Busamed
• Assist in Mapping out training and Schedules
• Assist with Training and Development related projects on an ad-hoc basis as the need arises
• Assist with taking minutes at Training and Development meetings from time to time
• Assist with marketing available training opportunities
• Performing any reasonable request, that is over and above the listed specifications

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources

Work Experience

• No experience required

Knowledge

• Computer literate
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Proactive, organised, able to pay attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
