Human Resources Internship at New Age Engineering Solutions

Responsibilities

• Maintain database on all company-related documents.
• Assist with filing of employee documents.
• Coordinate the recruitment of all required personnel on site.
• Ensure adherence to the onboarding process.
• Facilitate the signing of all employee contracts before employees enter the site.
• Track and control document movements such as leave, pass-outs and JCEs.
• Record attendance and absenteeism daily and report them to HR and the site manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good interpersonal skills.
