Requirements:
Education:
Grade 12 (Matric) + HR qualification.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 - 4 years in a similar HR role.
Sage 300 experience is compulsory.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.
Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player with great interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Organize, compile, and update company employee records.
Manage HR databases and HR documentation (policies, procedures, etc.).
Coordinate calendar activities and maintain schedules.
Prepare, manage, and store HR documentation.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job ads and screen applications.
Update recruitment admin on a weekly basis.
Training & Onboarding:
Organize and manage new employee induction and onboarding sessions.
Plan and send invites for training programs.
Additional Duties:
Handle all performance-related admin and HR procurement requests.
