Critical Performance Areas

• Provide overall support to line managers and staff
• Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used during recruitment
• Administration of all HR processes and procedures
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Delivery of a professional HR generalist service across the business unit
• Partnering with and advising business units on HR policies, procedures and processes
• Perform other related duties as requested

Minimum Requirements

• NQF level 6 (A relevant 3-year qualification with a minimum of 360 credits)
• Three years relevant experience
• Knowledge and skills of the following are a prerequisite:
• HR systems.
• HR policy and procedures.
• Relevant legislation.
• Payroll administration.
