SUMMARY

A property management company led by a uniquely skilled group of individuals running a world-class operation is seeking a Human Transformation Manager for their business to drive diversity and inclusion, empowerment and a sound and robust employee value proposition 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the development and implementation of HT initiatives and systems
• S-Cubed / Sage Run Saturn Wellness Programme
• Writing a GAP year programme that will be affiliated by all the legal bodies in the SA context.
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process Job brief
• A skilled HT Officer will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He/she will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work. T
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes 
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Skills and training development with either team building or team coaching within the framework of the Legacy
• Establishing the Culture within the Legacy and building on this for future generations to come.
• Consulting with the Family Forum and developing women in Leadership, giving structure to Madame and Sir Ambassadors – personally responsible for this.
• Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as an HT officer, administrator, or other HT position Knowledge of HT functions 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English and Afrikaans essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant degree
• 5+ years of experience building strong Human Capital Capabilities in an organisation
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Thorough understanding of the legislation, BCEA and EE act
