Woodlands Dairy Group is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support business transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives across the organisation.
The successful candidate will act as the link between business stakeholders and ICT teams, gathering and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
The role will support ERP implementations, systems optimisation, process improvement, data and reporting initiatives, systems integrations, automation projects, and digital transformation programmes across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, logistics, finance, sales, and customer service functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple sites, facilitating workshops, analysing and improving business processes, supporting testing and user adoption activities, and contributing to the successful delivery of business and ICT projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants should possess a relevant qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Information Technology, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, together with a minimum of five years' Business Analysis experience within an FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or similar operational environment.
Strong business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with exposure to ERP and enterprise systems projects.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Power BI, WMS, TMS, systems integration, data migration, and digital transformation initiatives will be advantageous.
A valid driver's licence, reliable transport, and a willingness to travel regularly to operational sites are required.
