    ICT Desktop Technician - Centurion

    Job description

    • To provide desktop support to the employees and external stakeholders of the NNR

    Minimum requirements

    • NQF level 6 in Computer Science or Information Technology
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Desktop support

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Desktop Support and Management
    • Coordination with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
    • Testing of endpoint hardware and software
    • Hardware upgrades and installation
    • User account management
    • Help desk management

    • Self-Management skills
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • Report writing skills.
