ICT Project Manager at Nambiti Technologies (Pty) Ltd

Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience and extensive skills in Project and product
• Management with proven track record of successfully implementing projects
• (National or multi-national Entity/Company).
• Experience - ICT Project Management Services
• Demonstrated experience in managing product lifecycles, from conception to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Experience with data analysis, product analytics, and utilizing data to drive decision-making.
• Oversee that the various project leads / coordinators effectively use all project tools such as agreed upon scope, deliverables and timelines.

Team leadership

• To develop standard for project scoping, initiation, monitoring, tools, key performance metrics and reporting
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery milestones as well as change management.
• Maintain the operational risk register for the projects function.
• Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Resources

• Manage budget and ensure proper handover of the project for business continuity.
• Design and implement the framework on which projects will be managed.

Compliance

• Establish a consistent approach for oversight and performance reporting on the project implementation:
• Governance Support.
• Risk Management.
• Quality Management.
• Review and input into policies and standard operating processes.
