REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12.
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• 3-year experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Acceptable level of emotional intelligence.
• Unquestionable integrity and honesty.

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS

• The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
• Provide clerical support in preparation of Assessment Committee meeting sittings.
• Conduct compliance check on EPMDS.
• Render implementation of performance planning processes.
• Receive, record and capture EPMDS documents.
