Industrial Technician (Head of Unit: Life Support) (Clinical Engineering) at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness

Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):

• Ability to work independently and under pressure. Ability to plan (pro-active) and comply with in-house systems and procedures. Strict adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Experience:

• Appropriate experience in the Life Support field , general repairs on Life support equipment, such as Blenders, Ventilators and Anesthetic machines.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• National Diploma in Electronics and / or National Diploma Mechanical Engineering (T; S or N Streams)
