    Information Technology Manager: Data Support Services

    • Planning, prioritising and management of operational delivery to the Data Support Services strategies.
    • Defining the commercial impact and benefits of a Data Support Services project or product.
    • Defining business and technical specifications for Data Support Services solutions.
    • Creating project decomposition and work breakdown structures for projects allocated to global IT delivery teams
    • Maintain the team's work backlog.
    • Identifying and communicating any risks, constraints or concerns that could influence the quality of the delivery and the requested timeframes.
    • Analyzing and determining the severity and commercial impact of data services problems on clients and identifying the most appropriate solution with regular feedback to all parties involved.
    • Managing Data Support Services incident resolution, change and deployment processes for global teams according to company standards and customer requirements.
    • Management of escalated, high severity incidents.
    • Providing insights on Data Support Service related product availability and recommending initiatives to improve commercial impact.
    • Planning and managing team capacity to enable "follow the sun" service delivery.
    • Ensuring the team is fully staffed and equipped with the resources and skillset required for team effectiveness. 
    • Developing and managing team members in line with technical requirements and organizational culture and objectives.
    • Team adoption of process changes.
    • Coordination of task team delivery.
    • Manage the end-to-end Data Support Services product lifecycle
    • Identifying and resolving data services process bottlenecks, quality, and compliance issues. 
    • Analysing service delivery and product measurements to identify automation and other improvements.
    • Implementation of actions to mitigate the occurrence or impact of risk.
    • Team adoption and continuous review of Data Support Services policies and practices to ensure effective and compliant delivery.
    • Managing operational and service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Managing customer and service provider expectations and aligning practices accordingly. 
    • Driving stakeholder adoption of any changes that may affect Data Support service/product delivery.
