    Information Technology Support Analyst

    Role:

    Smollan has an exciting career opportunity for a Information Technology Support Analyst to provide effective support, and problem and incident resolution for solutions for single platforms according to client requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications: Matric; Relevant Diploma or Degree. BSC, B.Com, or Informatics would be an advantage
    Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in data analysis or analytics, system-set up, and basic data management experience 

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Understanding of IOS and Android mobile platforms, must have Web Development and Applications experience (non-negotiables)

    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    • Plan new requirement activities for the repair and support of new and existing solutions
    • Analyse the requirements for repairs and design solutions
    • Testing of solutions
    • Implement technical fixes and solutions
    • Problem and incident management, delivery and support
