Information Technology Support Engineer at SERR Synergy

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant IT Degree/Diploma qualification essential;
• At least 3+ years working experience in an IT field;
• Mikrotik / Ubiquiti / FortiNet will be an advantage;
• Proven hardware, network & Microsoft skills;
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English;
• Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• The candidate must be able to work under pressure;
• Ability to be a strong confident character;
• Self-reliance with a high level of integrity and accountability;
• Strong sense of confidentiality;
• Self-motivated, mature, focused;
• Valid driver’s licence with own vehicle;
• Salary will be market related depending on qualification and experience;
• Position available immediately.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Continuous developing and assisting with implementation of IT related strategies
• Respond to IT related queries on a national basis
• Be accountable for overall work responsibilities
• Following instructions from Management
• Conducting duties in a professional manner
