    Inside Sales Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue
    • Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
    • Identify potential new partners, action and contact all leads received in order to increase revenue. 
    • Coordinate invitation’s to events/webinars and arrange meetings for RSM/SD and Business developers.
    • Candidate should be target driven and able to work under pressure. 

     

    Experience: 

    • Minimum 1 – 2 Years Sales/Marketing, Channel Account Management and Customer Service experience.
    • Minimum 1 Year IT industry experience. Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VOIP, Surveillance environment advantages; 
    • Experience with CRM system e.g. SAP advantages.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or at least 1 - 2 years of quota-carrying experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
