As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Regional Sales Leader and the sales team by performing a variety of organisational, administrative functions, deal with and following up sales enquiries to ensure incremental sales in close cooperation with Account Managers / Outside Sales, drive everything with potential sales up to order with proactive sale of products or services by phone or online. You will improve customer satisfaction through commercial activities, follow up sales transaction effectively to ensure that the agreed quantities of products are delivered to the customer as set out in the sales offer order at the agreed palace and time.
You will be the first point of contact when dealing with incoming phone calls related to sales queries, meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority and online commercial related tasks. You will deliver enquiry handling, chasing quotation, handling non-conformities and complaints, backorder monitoring, releasing stock, customer care, credit enquires, filling & miscellaneous.
As a key player of the FSP team, you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to have considerable impact on JCI processes and products.
