    Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning Executive

    Main Purpose of the job:

    • To create, coordinate and manage the integrated campaign strategy at the banner and ensure maximum reach of all campaigns to the identified customer segments to drive sales for the banner while optimising campaign costs.

    Key performance areas

    Omni-Channel Campaign Strategy

    • Formulate the omni-channel campaign strategy for the banner based on brand and CI guidelines and the overall marketing strategy including:Print ,Traditional Media including radio and television,Digital channels (Web campaigns, blogs, microblogs, microsites, etc.),Social media
    • Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand, Creatives, Customer Experience/Analytics and Digital Marketing teams to identify customer segments and appropriate channel strategy for each segment
    • Research and identify consumer shopping/ buying trends and shape banner channel strategy
    • Collaborate with Marketing Head in creating a marketing strategy to maximize the reach of campaigns and generate RoI
    • Research and identify trends in channel strategies being used by competitors and peer group

    Omni-Channel Campaign Planning

    • Create marketing campaign calendars for all channels in coordination with Marketing Head, Merchandising, Brand and Creatives Head and Digital Operations Head
    • Coordinate creation of critical paths for campaigns
    • Provide direction to team on relevant segments, target groups for campaigns
    • Ensure conformity with the brand strategy and CI guidelines
    • Provide creative inputs for campaign development where necessary
    • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams like Merchandising, Marketing Operations, Advertising, E-Commerce and store teams
    • Spend-mix optimisation for campaigns in terms of channel selection
    • Develop an understanding of digital marketing technologies like SEO and SEM and their use in optimisation of campaigns to create maximum reach of campaigns

    Campaign Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis

    • Provide strategic inputs to campaign execution leads on optimisation of campaign execution.
    • Create and deploy relevant metrics for testing campaign effectiveness and RoI
    • Analyse campaign data to create actionable data points to improve campaign effectiveness

    Financial and Budget Management

    • Develop channel budgets in accordance with the campaign strategy
    • Monitor campaign spending and ensure compliance with sanctioned budgets
    • Assist the Marketing Head in creating the overall marketing budget
    • Provide cost analyses and budgets to fund marketing initiatives in new target areas and countries
    • Support the business in exceeding sales growth plans through the omni-channel strategy, whilst ensuring cost optimisation for campaigns

    Stakeholder Management

    • Work with internal stakeholders like Merchandising, Marketing Operations, Advertising, eCommerce, and store operations to ensure correct implementation of campaigns across channels and countries
    • Maintain and build effective, professional relationships with 3rd party vendors and service providers that result in timely delivery of requirements & the highest standards of quality & cost effectiveness

    Team Management

    • Communicate the company vision to your team members and ensure that they understand it 
    • Ensure that your leadership and management practices are consistent with healthy staff morale and in keeping with the company’s vision & values
    • Schedule and track the daily tasks of team member to ensure timely delivery of financial and risk control commitments 
    • Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accurately maintained
    • Manage attendance, timekeeping, completion of registers and annual leave ensuring adherence to company policy
    • Ensure a productive and healthy working environment through teamwork, motivation, encouragement, coaching, performance management, fair, sensitive and consistent use of company IR & disciplinary procedures
    • Identify potential in the team, agree succession plans with the Marketing Executive, implement action and provide opportunities to mentor and develop team members’ skills

    Minimum Academic Requirements, Professional Qualifications, and Experience:

    • Degree/ diploma with specialization in marketing
    • 8-10 years’ experience in a senior marketing management and/or media buying and strategy role, preferably in retail/wholesale business
    • Experience in Digital Campaign Management, SEO/SEM
