Responsibilities

• Excellent Design and technical skills
• Understanding of Technical Drawings, construction and detailing.
• Great communication skills with stakeholders and clients
• Attend Site briefings
• Strong Interior design understanding and designing
• Work stages from
• Experience throughout all work-stages of a project
• Good understanding of design
• Excellent administrative & English communication skills 

Technologies

• Proficient in Revit (Twin-motion experience is an advantage).
• AutoCAD
• Sketchup

Qualifications

• National Diploma Architectural Studies or B-Tech in Architectural Studies
• SACAP Registered as a Professional (bonus)

Experience

• 5 Years of Architectural experience as an Interior Architect
• 10 Years experience as Interior Designer
• High End Residential Design,
• Interior design
• FF & E Design
