This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Developer at Barko Financial Services in Pretoria. The Intermediate Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. This role requires a solid understanding of software development practices, coding standards, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
Requirements, Experience, and Qualifications
College diploma or technical degree (Equivalent to NQF Level 7) in Software Development, Data Analytics.
3 – 6 years proven experience as a software developer, with a focus on designing, coding, testing, and debugging.
Experience with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban (Desirable).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) (Required) • Product Specific Training for Long- and Short-Term Insurance Products. (Advantage).
