The role involves completing assigned development tickets under the guidance of the Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead, with opportunities for increased ownership and professional growth.
The successful candidate will also develop AI-assisted workflows, including Claude Code, and work later hours to support users, with a two- to three-day turnaround expected on assigned tickets.
DUTIES:

(ASP.NET Core, Blazor, EF Core, MSSQL), working from tickets assigned by the Team Lead.
Write clean, maintainable code and follow established patterns and standards across both products.
Build familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools, particularly Claude Code, to support day to day development.
Assist with database work including schema changes, migrations, and query optimisation across SQLite (desktop) and MSSQL (cloud), under guidance.
Support CI/CD processes for desktop and cloud deployments.
Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and user experience across both products.
Communicate progress on assigned tickets clearly to the Team Lead.
May assist with initial bug intake and follow up (for example via Discord or social media channels) as the role develops.

Intermediate-level experience as a Full Stack Developer, comfortable working independently on assigned tasks.
Solid working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Entity Framework Core.
Exposure to or willingness to build strong proficiency in AI-assisted coding tools, particularly Claude Code.
Working experience with either SQLite or Microsoft SQL Server, with an interest in strengthening both.
Some exposure to building or operating cloud-hosted applications.
ATTRIBUTES:
Comfortable receiving direction and prioritisation from a Team Lead and communicating progress clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality.
Ability to work remotely and manage your own time on assigned work.
