    Intern: Graphic Designer (Cape Town)

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in designing marketing materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, and banners.
    • Create digital content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
    • Resize and adapt artwork for various platforms and formats.
    • Support the creative team with campaign concepts and design execution.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
    • Assist with basic photo editing and image retouching.
    • Prepare artwork for print and digital production.
    • Perform any other design-related administrative tasks as required.

    Qualifications

    • National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related qualification.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
    • Basic knowledge of Canva is advantageous.
    • A portfolio showcasing design work (academic or personal projects).

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
    • Ability to lift and move display materials as needed.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with learners, trainers, and other stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical skills with sound judgement and problem-solving skills
    • High resilience and agility with the ability to work well under pressure
    • Able to work independently and have good interpersonal skill.
