Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Function
Assigning emails and tracking of all partner requests
Drive internal OLA and SLA to partners
Ensure the quality of orders and delivery, ensuring partners expectations are met once order is placed
Check on order picking tickets and allocations, releasing back orders, care pack management, collection orders, deliveries, config orders, roll out orders, warehouse escalation
Sales Function
Overachieve revenue and gross profit monthly targets
Direct proactive partner engagement
Assist partners telephonically (taking incoming calls) and attending to written (incoming email) queries
Take responsibility on the health of the mailbox, ensuring mails completed gets filed away and following up on items waiting on feedback
Assist with telephonic quotes or important quotes that need special negotiation and attention
Follow up on quotes daily via telephonic communication
Negotiate pricing and terms
Execute on outbound call campaigns, share promo deals regularly with base Look for new leads and opportunities
