Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
Under minimum supervision, to support line manager in delivery of services to internal clients in relevant area of expertise
Differentiators for this specific role
Performing code review for all code that is checked into source control (TFS) before it is deployed to QA and production environment.
Prioritizing and resolving bugs on the production environment in a timely manner.
Ensures that security and Microsoft patches are up-to-date.
Ensures that the environment is stable with an availability of 98%.
Provide technical support to users of the applicable systems.
Translating of problem statements, business requirement and business processes into a solution on the applicable technological platform
Resolves all logged issues within the agreed SLA
Produces documentation for all solutions that is developed.
Performs thorough testing in each step of the SDLC (Black box testing, Unit testing, regression testing, integration testing, UAT testing)
Conduct thorough testing before and after deployments.
Conducts testing before and post-monthly maintenance or when ad-hoc patches are deployed.
Preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of confidential information

Communicates regularly with both line manager and client to meet deliverable expectations in specific area of expertise

Proactively identifies technical problems that arise that may affect delivery and propose resolutions to address these
Independently delivers on designated tasks within area of expertise
Provides line manager with detailed reporting on status of deliverables on a regular basis
Manages risk in area of engagement in alignment with Deloitte policies and processes
Reviews own work prior to submission to ensure quality and provide guidance to junior team members on quality standards
Development/Growth of Team
Shares expertise and knowledge with team members
Actively works to address development areas identified
Coaches / mentors junior team members of the team
May act as counsellor to junior staff within the Service Line

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in IT or Computer Science / MSCE SharePoint
Minimum Experience
5 years’ working experience within software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, ASP.NET
Desired Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in IT or Computer Science and MCSD certification
Desired Experience:
2 years at Intermediate Developer / Consultant level in Software Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, ASP.NET.
Technical Competencies:
Demonstrated capability in interaction at all levels, briefing, analysis and project management skills
Experience in drafting and delivering presentations
Good report writing skills
Sound financial knowledge and understanding
C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, XML, .Net 3.5-4.5, JavaScript, JQuery, Web services
SQL Server 2012
MS CRM Dynamics
MS SharePoint 2010 or 2013
