• Long Description

Key Outputs:

• Development of annual communications plan
• Oversight of internal communication projects and plans tailored for specific internal target audiences e.g. PE/PDG,
• Conceptualise and run the three key events for IC (Mandela Day + Women's Day + 16 Days of Activism)
• Overall strategic management and oversight of all internal communication channels
• Serve as strategic internal communication advisor to Market Head
• Support HR in driving levels of employee engagement
• Support factory managers in driving effective communication at sites
• Overisght of advice, guidance and support provided by the IC team to all internal stakeholders who wish to communciate with employees, e.g. BUs, Shared Services, departments
• Lead, coach and mentor direct reports
• Development of communication plans that support change managemManagement of annual communications budgetent and strategic imperatives e.g. NHW and Market performance, Nestle and I
• Management of annual communications budget

What Will Make You Successful

• 5+ years communications experience and experience working with senior leadership in a Corporate Communications environment
