Key Performance:
Advise technical information
Must have great communication skills to properly explain and relate complex technical issues to customers with significantly less technical training.
Follow up on back orders.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Queries and general administration
Up & Cross Selling including promotion of specials (to supply evidence and regularity)
Relationship and co - operation with external and internal sales team and other departments
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Request stock and follow up with relevant departments
