Internal Sales Representative -Pietermaritzburg at Kempston Recruitment

• Our Client, Electrical Wholesalers, are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Pietermaritzburg.

Minimum Qualification & Competencies:

• Valid Matric certificate
• Minimum two years sales experience in the Cable, Electrical and Wholesale industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Understanding of technical and electrical products
• Strategic planning and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
• Establish relationships with new- and existing customers
• Identifying sales opportunities and market trends
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
• Provide an Internal support function to External sales representatives
• Processing of sales orders and quotations, arranging logistics
