Primary Function:
Provide an efficient Customer service by logging and resolving reported customer or citizen complaints/ queries while meeting or exceeding targets set by the Office of the Ombudsman and the City of Johannesburg. Ensure that all complaints meet the POPIA and Records management standards.
Key Learning Areas:
End to end intake process.
Interrogate complains adequately, expertly, and empathetically using all necessary resources available to resolve complaints at first contact.
Log all complaints queries onto the Case Management system according to Office of the Ombudsman set standards;
Take ownership of all complaints logged and manage the residents and / or customer’s expectations, according to the Office of the Ombudsman set standards;
Present all new complaints with clear recommendation to the assessment committee in the weekly assessment meeting.
