    IR Administrator

    Job description

    We currently have an Industrial Relations Administrator  vacancy opened at our  Durban Branch in Westville: 

    Minimum requirements:

    • Grade 12 (pursuing an HR/IR related qualification)
    • Solid 2 years typing and administration experience within a legal environment
    • A good understanding of general business acumen
    • Excellent business correspondence and proven document drafting capabilities
    • Proficient in Ms office
    • Reliable transport

    Characteristics:

    •  Good communication skills (verbal & written)
    •  Attention to detail
    •  Organising skills
    •  Filing skills
    •  Ability to work in a team
    •  Must be able to function effectively within a stressful and fast paced environment
       

    The main focus areas for the position in question is to provide a full support function to both the Industrial Relations Product Manager and Industrial Relations Consultants. Typing of all relevant documentation and judgements whilst also liaising with clients with regards to booking appointments etc.

    Salary: R 8 000 - R12 500 ( to be discussed)
