We are seeking an experienced, innovative IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s ITC function. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations that align with business objectives and support strategic growth.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role that requires a forward-thinking leader who can balance operational excellence with innovation.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ ICT managerial experience.
Matric with ICT technical certifications and a relevant Diploma/Degree.
Strong problem-solving and innovation skills with the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Technical expertise in ITIL, Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CRM, Google Workspace/Cloud, SQL Server Administration, VMware, SAN, Veeam, and network infrastructure.
Familiarity with BI tools (Google Looker Studio / Tableau) and CCTV administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee ICT operations, including networking, hardware, software, and administration.
Ensure business continuity through effective back-up, recovery, contingency, and capacity planning.
Manage IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX), suppliers, vendors, and contracts.
Enforce IT policies, governance, risk, and compliance standards.
Act as the local liaison for the EMEA IT team and cascade strategic objectives into operational plans.
Lead IT projects, change management, and service delivery to ensure optimal performance.
Support end-users, enforce security, and maintain infrastructure, including servers, storage, cloud, ERP, CRM, BI, and VOIP systems.
