WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: At least 5 years as an IT Project Manager, handling implementation, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.
Education: Matric is essential. A degree in IT or formal Project Management qualifications (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) will give you a strong edge!
Technical Know-How: Extensive experience with MS Project, JIRA, DevOps, and other project management tools.
Change Management Expertise: You understand how to lead transformation and drive organisational change.
People Skills: You can build strong relationships, lead workshops, and communicate like a pro.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Managing projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Planning, executing, and overseeing all project phases – from concept to completion
Tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables like a boss
Liaising with Business Analysts, Testers, and Developers to keep projects on track
Managing scope changes and keeping stakeholders in the loop
Leading workshops, presenting at Steerco meetings, and driving collaboration
Keeping risks in check and ensuring top-quality project delivery
