IT Recruiter & Sourcing Consultant - Talent Acquisition Specialist at DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Recruiter & Sourcing Consultant to join our team. As the sole responsible person for candidate sourcing, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top IT talent through headhunting, Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, GitHub, LinkedIn, and various social media platforms. Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as headhunting, Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, GitHub, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to identify and engage with qualified IT professionals.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates, creating talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with team and account manager to understand clients requirements, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, to ensure effective candidate matching.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating technical skills, to identify the most suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information on databases
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the sourcing process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Sourcing Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Consultant, with a focus on sourcing IT professionals.
• Demonstrated expertise in headhunting, Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, GitHub, LinkedIn, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry, technical skills, and IT job market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with candidates.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and evaluate technical skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruitment tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sourcing targets and delivering high-quality candidates.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
