Junior Aftersales Support Intern at SydSen Recruit

Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft, Basic Computer skills.
• Experience with MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

Aftersales Support:

• Support the Aftersales Team with dealer communication
• Central point of contact and communication thereof
• Assist and follow up with dealer queries
• Dealer communication in Aftersales
• Assist with Dealer stock holding reconciliations
• Dealer special requests and the escalation thereof

Aftersales processes & Documentation:

• Follow Aftersales processes to handle incidents, problems, and requests.
• Escalate complex dealer parts issues to Business managers or Commercial managers when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, dealer network support procedures, and call logging from dealer network.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting preventive measures.

Communication:

•  Monthly and weekly communication to dealer network regarding tracking and monthly performance.
• Assist Business managers with parts tracking.
• Weekly reports to be drafted regarding dealer queries and exceptional cases.
• Social Media and internal marketing communication.
