Key Responsibilities

• You will assist the Traffic Manager with the following tasks:
•  Follow up daily on emails
•  Identify opportunities to adjust and revise work processes thereby increasing efficiency
•  Conduct daily meetings to ensure that design team are aware of deadlines
•  Prepare daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets
•  Regularly track and update project statuses
•  Developing work schedules to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule
•  Create timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects
•  Communicate potential problems and recommend solutions
•  Inform project teams of any changes
•  Ensure process and approvals are adhered to

Qualifications and Experience    

•  A relevant qualification in Marketing
•  Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
•  Knowledge of management software
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Detail-oriented
•  A multi-tasker
•  Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
•  A passion for creative work
•  Collaborative and a team-player
