    Junior Client Service Agent-4

    Job Description

    • To ensure client retention by providing after-sales service in an inbound contact centre environment, in compliance with strict regulations

    Are you someone who can:

    • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources
    • Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
    • Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
    • Uses technical know-how to identify, solve and escalate problems
    • Handles the after-sales process for multiple channels and brands to ensure client retention
    • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
    • Provides exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external customers
    • Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards

    You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

    • At least one year experience in call centre
    • Matric and higher qualifications.
    • A variety of languages and cultures, especially Tswana, Tsonga, and Afrikaans
