Description

• Support the design and development of digital solutions aligned to organisational objectives;
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing digital systems to ensure optimal performance;
• Contribute ideas to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Provide creative input and assist with the implementation of solutions;
• Support the execution of tasks and priorities outlined in the digital innovation roadmap;
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements;
• Support coordination with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood;
• Document processes, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support knowledge sharing;
• Assist in coordinating project activities and supporting project timelines;
• Contribute to testing activities for system releases, upgrades, and implementations;
• Support the preparation and execution of test cases for end-to-end testing;
• Assist in ensuring assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines;
• Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing inefficiencies, and maintaining quality standards;
• Assist in reviewing and documenting existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities;
• Act as a support liaison between business units and the Innovation or technical teams;
• Assist in facilitating communication and coordination across departments;
• Provide support in training users on new systems, processes, and solutions;
• Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and instructional documentation.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
• Computer Science or Engineering related Degree (Essential);
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Digital Solutions (Essential);
• Knowledgeable about digital innovations.
