Junior Education Coordinator
iXperience is a study abroad academy based in Cape Town with campuses in Lisbon and Berlin that draws students from the world's top universities, such as Harvard, Yale, Stanford, and Oxford.We are looking for an organised, driven and exceptionally bright individual to take on the role of a Junior Education Coordinator to support our Education Team. This is a full time, entry level position with the possibility of growing within the business. 

What the role entails (but is not limited to): 

• Creating, updating and/or editing program and course content
• Designing and maintaining basic databases
• Arranging and coordinating meetings and events
• Research topics relating to our courses and program
• Supporting the Education Team with specific tasks and projects

Desired skills: 

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to juggle more than one task 
• Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to present information clearly 
• Proficiency in Google Suites: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc

Minimum Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
