We are looking for a knowledgeable Email Content Marketing Assistant to help our brands and products hit the right audiences.
This role is perfect for anyone in digital marketing with understanding of metrics like open rates, click through rates, and optimisation testing.
You will be responsible for:
Writing engaging, click-worthy emails to a range of our clients, internal communication and brand followers, communicating specials, promotions, exciting internal news or new arrivals.
Creative and fun execution of emails - Flex your email writing and design muscles.
Continually assessing and improving open rates and click rates. We want to see you testing and pushing performance!
Assisting SEO content writers for best implementation for blog to subscriber deliver and notification systems.
Reporting and Analytics: Measure, grow and report back on your work.
List Management: Ensure that our lists are POPPIA compliant and follow standard opt-in laws.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with email platforms like SEMrush, Mailchimp.
Ability to edit and create your own images in Photoshop or Canva.
Go-get-it and collaborative attitude. Teamwork makes the dreamwork, work well with others and be proactive in your thinking and approach.
Understanding of email metrics, CTA optimisation and the gumption to grow them.
Diploma or degree in digital marketing, email marketing certificates advantageous.
Experience: Show us you know what you’re talking about. There will be a simple skill test for successful applicants.
