We are looking for people with:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Afrikaans a bonus.
• A customer focused attitude towards work and delivering service
• A can do attitude to learning new technologies, following procedures and solving problems
• Logic process understanding and good data understanding

You should have:

• Full abilities in windows environment.
• Google Workplace/ Gsuite certified or understanding/experience of Google Suite and apps.
• Some experience of ticket management
• Some experience on using Remote Support such as Teamviewer Google Remote Desktop or anydesk.
