Junior Manager - Sales/Client Services/Operations at Prime Meridian Direct (Pty) Ltd

We are seeking an individual who displays natural leadership qualities and has a high drive to succeed. Strong analytical and process improvement skills are required along with a passion for the coaching and development of people.

Roles duties and responsibilities:

• Management Skills:
• Oversight and management of 1 direct Supervisor and 16 Professionals.
• Continuous review of performance metrics and relevant adjustment/s of targets to ensure the required performance standards are met.
• Effective leadership with the desired outcome of creating a team that commits to the overall vision.
• The ability to facilitate team meetings that nurture collective problem solving through active debate.
• Technical Competencies
• Ability to perform data analytics and provide valuable insights.
• Construct and present management information for executives.
• Identification and implementation of process improvement concepts.
• Maintenance of required quality standards.
• Continues development of their function to ensure that it remains in line with the company’s overall objectives.

Roles Requirements:

• Required:
• Completed Tertiary Qualification
• Honours in: Commerce or Finance/BSc Mathematics or Statistics/CIMA/Engineering or similar
• Strong Process Improvement and Data Analytics Skills
• Enjoys working within a team environment
• Advantageous
• Previous people management (Leadership Roles)
• Not Required
• Previous experience within the Financial Services Sector
