Junior Marketing Coordinator at GIBB Engineering and Architecture

Core Purpose of the Role:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Support the team in producing internal and external marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, presentations, case studies)
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
• Help maintain and update the company website and intranet with fresh content
• Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, or webinars
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and analytics
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Additional competencies

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn

Requirements

Qualifications

• Min. Matric
• Marketing qualification will be an advantage

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Consulting Engineering in Marketing environment
• Previous experience in marketing events and or conferences
