Execution of demonstrations, training and evaluations of contractor teams to build brand loyalty.
Recording and reporting outcomes of demo and stakeholder’s training sessions.
Represent the company to its customers with high degree of professionalism and technical competence, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and systems, ensuring that all administration procedures are completed promptly, accurately and to high standard.
Comply to Customer’s site rules and practices at each demonstration and evaluation, to ensure all responsibilities and task are carried out safely for all.
Adherence to strict ethical codes of conduct and maintenance of confidentiality at all times.
Problems solving – identified during practical applications and training.
Use feedback to implement improvements and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractor’s activities.
Provide constructive feedback and implement plans as needed.
Cultivate positive relationships with contractors, promoting collaboration and mutual success.
Is this job for you ?
The best suited candidate for this role must have matric and any construction related qualification would be beneficial. They should have at least 3-5 years site and construction experience, 1-3 years’ experience in training on sites and 3-5 years’ experience with gypsum plasters, with key focus on various substrates including drywall and ceiling systems.
The ideal candidate must have good presentation skills with good written and verbal skills.

As a Junior Plasters Finishes Technician, you will focus primarily on product development and support (internally and externally) – testing new products, understanding customer needs, problem solving, helping to understand complaints and support in resolving challenges face by customers on site and off site. A valid drivers license is also required.
